People are constantly asking me about how to improve English
speaking and there are certainly a lot of aspects to the answer of this
question. Today I want to talk to you about one of those aspects - ways to
increase your vocabulary. Technical Data used in the field explained in english language course
in Rawalpindi. See, having a strong vocabulary is very important
to good English speaking - if you don't know the words then you are not capable
of expressing you ideas in an elegant way and that means you have a problem
(hehe).
Generally speaking, there are no easy ways to learn
vocabulary - they all require time and effort, and moreover some of them will
suit certain people better than others, so you should choose what works for you
the best and I will just concentrate on delivering the methods that I think are
good. (because I've personally used them)
This is the simplest method and pretty much everyone is
familiar with it, but most people think it is not a very efficient way because
of its sheer simplicity, which is incorrect in my experience.
The gist of the method is that you just write down all the
words you don't know and then go through them on by one (or you get a pre-made
word list and learn from it). Easy, sure.
What you should also do is putting the words that you
encounter into the groups of "I know", "I'm not sure" and
"I don't know at all". Then you can put the 2 latter categories into
another list and that way you will be cutting the list gradually and will be
able to focus only on the words that you don't know (or don't know for 100%).

A very good method indeed. You've probably heard about
mnemonics, right? Well, this is probably one of the methods that fall into that
mnemonics category - what you do is that you list the words under categories
you create yourself and that way you group the words that have similar meanings
(or to some extent similar meanings) and that makes memorizing them much
easier.
When you encounter new words you might notice that there are
words that have a very easy-to-understand meaning, but a very hard-to-relate-to
form. For these words this method is especially useful, because you just
basically store these problematic words for later re-examination, because you
know that you will forget them soon, so you need to keep them.
Imagine, for example, that you meet the words
"superfluous" or "minute" and when you look up the
dictionary you discover that both of them pertain to "the amount of
something". (just that the first means too much, while the latter too
little) The commonality is found and you can put them into that category.
